We hope you love your PARVÉA purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Be free from stains, perfume, or any signs of wear.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer size exchanges, subject to availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of the same value or receive store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Incorrect items received.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
- Products purchased during final clearance sales.
- Items returned without original tags.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
